Top Pisco Cocktails Best Pisco Drinks Best Men's Cocktails Epic Women's Drinks How to make the Artist´s Muse Cocktail STORY The cocktail The Artist´s Muse tastes bittersweet and fruity, with complex aromatics from the Pisco and strong flavours of the gentian liqueur. The cocktail is named due to its originally being made with Suze gentian, a brand identified with artists and the arts - a bottle of Suze is depicted in a painting by Pablo Picasso. INGREDIENTS 30 ml/ 1 oz. Pisco 30 ml/ 1 oz. Suze 15 ml/ ½ oz. Peach liqueur 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice 10 ml/ ⅓ oz. sugar syrup 1 fresh egg white METHOD 1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes. 2. Shake and strain back into shaker. 3. Now dry shake (without ice) and fine strain into chilled coupe glass.
