Top Suze Cocktails Best Suze Drinks Best Men's Cocktails Epic Women's Drinks How to make the Suzepect Swizzle Cocktail STORY The name of the Suzepect Swizzle cocktail is a wordplay on Suze and suspect. The cocktail is a swizzle with nice bitter hit and a nice peach and mint finish. INGREDIENTS 40 ml/ 1 ⅓ oz. Suze gentian liqueur 10 ml/ ⅓ oz. Peachtree peach liqueur 10 ml/ ⅓ oz. Amaro Montenegro 8 fresh mint leaves 6 green grapes (seedless) METHOD 1. Squeeze the 6 grapes to get juice (20 ml / ¾ oz.). 2. Fill glass half with crushed-ice and add Suze, Pechtree and mint leaves. 3. Swizzle with swizzle stick (or churn with a barspoon). 4. Add more crushed ice to fill the glass. 5. Float the Amaro on top.
