Paired with a good Slow Gin and good orange juice, it makes a great brunch cocktail. INGREDIENTS 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Slow Gin 30 ml/ 1 oz. Gin 105 ml/ 3 ½ oz. orange juice METHOD 1. Fill a mixing glass ⅔ full off ice. 2. Add the ingredients and stir until well-chilled. 3. Strain into a chilled glass. 4. Garnish with an orange slice.
