It is a bittersweet aperitivo or digestivo with pleasantly subtle, rich cherry notes. INGREDIENTS 20 ml / ¾ oz. Gin 20 ml / ¾ oz. Cherry Heering liqueur 20 ml / ¾ oz. Campari Italian bitter liqueur 20 ml / ¾ oz. Dubonnet Red 10 ml/ ⅓ oz. Vermouth dry 10 ml/ ⅓ oz. Vermouth rosso METHOD 1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. 2. Stir until well-chilled. 3. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. 4. Garnish with a orange zest twist and a cherry.
