Top Sarti Rosa Cocktails Best Sarti Rosa Drinks Best Men's Cocktails Epic Women's Drinks How to make the Sarti Spritz Cocktail STORY The Sarti Spritz is a modern addition to the venerable Spritz family of cocktails like also Aperol Spritz or the Hugo Spritz or the Limoncello Spritz cocktail. INGREDIENTS 90 ml/ 3 oz. Prosecco 60 ml/ 2 oz. Sarti Rosa 30 ml/ 1 oz. soda water ice cubes grapefruit slice METHOD 1. Fill a large wine glass with ice. 2. Add the 3 parts of Prosecco DOC followed by 2 parts of Sarti Rosa then add a splash of soda water. 3. Give it a quick stir and garnish with a grapefruit slice. NOTES Sarti Rosa is an Italian liqueur known for its fruity sweetness and vibrant pink color. Made from blood oranges, mango and passion fruit, it's an excellent aperitif. Sarti Rosa can also be enjoyed neat over ice, but its full flavor is best enjoyed in cocktails like the Sarti Spritz.
