The orign of the San Francisco cocktail is unknown but almost certainly not originally from the city of San Francisco, California. This fruity drink should not to be confused with the very different sloe gin-based San Francisco cocktail which dates back to before 1937. INGREDIENTS 60 ml/ 2 oz. Vodka 15 ml/ ½ oz. Triple Sec. liqueur 15 ml/ ½ oz. Crème de banane liqueur 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. orange juice 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. pineapple juice 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. Grenadine syrup METHOD 1. Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes. 2. Shake well. 3. Strain into an ice-filled glass. 4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
