It always contains orange, pineapple and most importantly, overproof Rum. This recipe combines sweetness, potent Rum and generous fruit. INGREDIENTS 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Jamaican overpoof Rum 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. pineapple juice 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. orange juice 12,5 ml/ 5/12 oz. strawberry syrup 10 ml/ ⅓ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice METHOD 1. Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes. 2. Shake well. 3. Strain into ice-filled glass. 4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
