So grab your swizzle stick and prepare the refreshing Red Swizzle cocktail. INGREDIENTS 60 ml/ 2 oz. London dry Gin 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice 15 ml/ ½ oz. sugar syrup 4 dashes of Angostura bitters 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. soda water METHOD 1. Fill glass half with crushed-ice and add Gin, lime juice, sugar syrup and Angostura.. 2. Swizzle with swizzle stick (or churn with a barspoon). 3. Add more crushed ice to fill the glass. 4. Top with soda water. 5. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve with a straw.
