In this cocktail, the pumpkin spice syrup blends surprisingly well with an otherwise classic Daiquiri cocktail. Halloween is a holiday celebrated in several countries on October 31st. And if you don’t like Halloween or pumpkins, try the classic Daiquiri or with fruits the Passion Fruit Daiquiri or the Dune Daiquiri. INGREDIENTS 60 ml/ 2 oz. Havana Club 7yo Rum 20 ml/ ⅔ oz. freshly sqeezed lime juice 15 ml/ ½ oz. pumpkin spice syrup METHOD 1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. 2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. 3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
