The cocktail is a typical sour-style cocktail served neat and consists of Cognac (Brandy), Chartreuse Green, white wine and lemon. INGREDIENTS 40 ml/ 1 ⅓ oz. Cognac (or Brandy) 10 ml/ ⅓ oz. Green Chartreuse 20 ml/ ⅔ oz. Chardonnay white wine 20 ml/ ⅔ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice 20 ml/ ⅔ oz. sugar syrup 4 dashes of Absinthe METHOD 1. Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes. 2. Shake well. 3. Strain into ice-filled cocktail glass.
