In the 1930s, people shook it instead of stirring it, so “shake it to wake it up.” INGREDIENTS 60 ml/ 3 oz. Rye Whiskey 15 ml/ ½ oz. Calvados apple brandy 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. Passoã liqueur 5 ml/ ¼ oz. Crème de banane liqueur METHOD 1. Pour the Whiskey, Calvados and Passoã liqueur into shaker with ice cubes 2. Shake vigorously. 3. Strain into chilled rocks glass filled with ice. 4. Drizzle Crème de banane liqueur on top. 5. Garnish with a dried apple chip.
