Top Gin Cocktails Best Gin Drinks Best Men's Cocktails Epic Women's Drinks How to make the Lemony Cocktail STORY Originally made with London Dry Gin, the Lemeny cocktail is a good one, but tastes even better with the added character and richness of an Old Tom Gin. As the name suggests, lemon dominates, with pleasant botanical and herbal notes from the Gin and the abbey liqueur Chartreuse yellow. INGREDIENTS 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Old Tom Gin 15 ml/ ½ oz. Yellow Chartreuse 15 ml/ ½ oz. Limoncello 15 ml/ ½ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 pinch of salt METHOD 1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. 2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. 3. Garnish with some cherries.
