The Fernet Branca liqueur gives this fruity aperitif cocktail almost clove-like aromas. INGREDIENTS 45 ml / 1 ½ oz. Drambuie liqueur 45 ml / 1 ½ oz. pineapple juice 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice 5 ml/ ¼ oz. Fernet Branca 3 dashes Angostura bitters 30 ml/ 1 oz. soda water METHOD 1. Shake in an ice-filled cocktail shaker (except for the soda water). 2. Strain into an ice-filled glass. 3. Top with soda water. 4. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
