Rumor has it that the cocktail is inspired by the movie Jaws. INGREDIENTS 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Amaretto liqueur 30 ml/ 1 oz. dry Gin 10 ml/ ⅓ oz. Campari bitter liqueur 10 ml/ ⅓ oz. passion fruit syrup 30 ml/ 1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice ( Grenadine syrup ) METHOD 1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. 2. Strain into a glass filled with crushed-ice. 3. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (cut like a shark fin) and 3 drops of Gremadine as a bloody shark attack.
