The Gold Phantom Cocktail is a newer cocktail – created in 2015. INGREDIENTS 50 ml/ 1 ⅔ oz. Cognac 15 ml / ½ oz. Licor 43 22,5 ml / ¾ oz. pineapple juice 15 ml/ ½ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 barspoon honey 1 pinch salt METHOD 1. Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes. 2. Shake well. 3. Strain into ice-filled glass. 4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
