I know a lot of people don’t like the taste of anise, but I love it. And here it’s combined really well. INGREDIENTS 30 ml/ 1 oz. Pernod 30 ml/ 1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice Ginger Ale METHOD 1. Pour all ingredients into ice-filled glass. 2. Stir slightly and garnish with a lime wedge. 3. Serve with straws.
