The cocktail was created in 2009 by Phil Wardat at Mayahuel, New York City, USA. INGREDIENTS 30 ml/ 1 oz. Mezcal 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. Aperol 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice 15 ml / ½ oz. marashino liqueur METHOD 1. Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice cubes. 2. Shake well. 3. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. 4. Garnish with a grapefruit zest twist.
