Just in time for Advent, the popular drink shines in a Christmas garb. Because the Aperol Spritz is now refined with a very special ingredient - giving it a festive update. I will show you how you can easily conjure up a Christmas drink at home. INGREDIENTS 40 ml/ 1 ⅓ oz. Aperol 60 ml/ 2 oz. Prosecco 15 ml/ ½ oz. cranberry syrup 1 splash of sparkling water 5 ice cubes METHOD 1. For the Christmas Aperol Spritz, first fill ice cubes into a decorative glass of our choice and add Aperol and Prosecco. 2. Now comes the twist: the cranberry syrup gives the Aperol Spritz its Christmassy, sweet note. 3. Finally, add a small splash of mineral water to make the drink fizz nicely and stir for about 5 seconds. 4. Decorate with an orange slice and few sprigs of rosemary.
