A must-try cocktail for its ingredients. INGREDIENTS 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Cachaça 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. Aperol 15 ml / ½ oz. elderflower liqueur METHOD 1. Fill a mixing glass ⅔ full off ice. 2. Add the ingredients and stir until chilled. 3. Strain into chilled coupe glass. 4. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
