The sweet, bold flavors of caraway and maraschino liqueurs are tamed and captured in this sour. But it certainly has its own unique flavor; perhaps you could try an Amaretto Sour, Midori Sour, or Pisco Sour instead. INGREDIENTS 60 ml/ 2 oz. Kümmel 15 ml/ ½ oz. Maraschino liqueur 30 ml/ 1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice 7,5 ml/ ¼ oz. sugar syrup METHOD 1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. 2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. 3. Garnish with skewered lemon slice wheel and maraschino cherry.
