Simply leave out the soda water and replace it with foamed beer. And try the Beer Americano cocktail. INGREDIENTS 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Campari 45 ml/ 1 ½ oz. Martini Rosso sweet Vermouth 90 ml/ 3 oz. Lager beer METHOD 1. Combine the Campari, Vermouth and 6 ice cubes in a tall tumbler. 2. Stir with a bar spoon to chill. 3. Pour the beer into a separate glass and whip the beer into a foam. 4.
