Its origins date back to 1934, and it remains popular to this day. INGREDIENTS 60 ml/ 2 oz. Cognac (or Brandy) 15 ml/ ½ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice 22,5 ml/ ¾ oz. sugar syrup 2 dashes Absinthe 2 dashes Orange bitters METHOD 1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. 2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. 3. Express lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
