It's a very potent cocktail, it's electric blue in appearance and it's often recommended as the go-to 21st birthday cocktail recipe. The name oft he cocktail was established in the late 20th century, when shocking cocktail names were popular. INGREDIENTS 30 ml/ 1 oz. Vodka 30 ml/ 1 oz. Rum 30 ml/ 1 oz. Gin 30 ml/ 1 oz. Tequila 60 ml/ 2 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix 30 ml/ 1 oz. Blue Curaçao 30 ml/ 1 oz. Sprite or 7up, to top METHOD 1. Fill a glass with ice. 2. Pour in Vodka, Rum, Gin, Tequila, Sweet & Sour Mix and Blue Curaçao liqueur. 3. Stir to mix. 4. Top with Sprite or 7Up. 5. Garnish with a lemon slice and a cherry.
