In this video I’m doing my January journal flip throughs, and I’m sharing a real look at what I actually kept up with day to day. I flip through my daily journal first, then my Hobonichi 5-Year journal, and I also show where I’m currently at in my book journal. My goal with these flip throughs is always to show the “systems that actually stick.” I talk through what I’m writing, how I’m using the space, and what I’m noticing as I go—what feels easy to keep up with and what I might want to adjust as the year continues.
