Hi everyone! In this video I’m doing a real check-in on my task management system and how it’s going so far. I share what’s still working really well for me, and I also walk through the little tweaks I’ve made as I’ve lived in the system day-to-day. For me, task management has to be functional first—something I can actually keep up with—so I’m focusing on the parts that help me stay consistent instead of making it overly complicated. I also touch on the tools and supplies that support my planning routine, because the right pen, the right setup, and having my space organized makes a big difference in whether I follow through. If you’re building a system in something like a Sterling Ink core planner (or any planner, honestly), my biggest takeaway is to let your system evolve. Start simple, pay attention to what you’re actually doing, and then adjust from there so it continues to work for your real life.
