In 2026, I’m painting 52 small watercolor paintings, and I’d love for you to paint along with me. This video introduces a year-long project where I’ll be creating one small painting each week (2.5 x 3.5 inches). I’m calling the series Tiny Tuesdays, but you don’t need to paint on Tuesdays — or paint tiny — to join in. This video is an overview of the supplies I plan to use throughout the year. You do not need these exact materials. Please use what you already have and adapt as needed. This is not a must-buy list, just a look at what I’ll be reaching for most often. The goal of this project is simple: • paint consistently • keep things manageable • make art fit into real life I’ll always list supplies used in individual tutorials, and I may add or change materials as the year goes on. I’ll also be dabbling more with mixed media, including colored pencils layered over watercolor (regular colored pencils, not watercolor pencils). If you’d like a gentle, realistic way to paint more this year — weekly or whenever you can — you’re very welcome here. Thanks for painting with me!
