Mint sauce: 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tsp onion powder, ¼ tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, ¼ tsp sea salt, and a couple leaves roughly chopped mint OR 1 tsp dill. Lamb seasoning for 1lb ground lamb: 1 tsp coriander, ½ tsp white pepper, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp ground mustard, 1 tsp curry, ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp onion powder (or 1 tsp onion juice), ¼ tsp garlic powder, and salt to taste. **Measurements are approximate, as you know me, I am not a fan of measuring, but rather cooking is a taste and feel.
