Off Grid Camping, Good Food & a Mental Reset

We found an unreal off-grid camp spot in the mountains of California—literally above the clouds. This trip was all about slowing down, enjoying the quiet, and taking in the kind of views you don’t come across often. We set up camp, made burritos for dinner, and watched the sunset by the fire. As the night rolled in, we made some warm cocktails and just soaked it all in. Waking up here was something else. Clear skies, fresh air, and views for miles. We made coffee, cooked up pancakes, sausage, and eggs, and took our time enjoying the morning. Sometimes you just need a reset—and this was exactly that.
