I cannot stop reaching for these Morphe palettes, and yes… it’s the year 2026 and I’m actually in love with some Morphe eyeshadow. In this video I shop my stash and go through the Morphe palettes I own to build an easy, wearable eye look that works on 50+ skin (dry, textured, and still glowing). I compare the newer 9-pan palettes (cardboard, no mirror, center metallic) to the ChromaPlus 12-pan (thicker plastic, full mirror, 12 shades) and talk through what feels different—and what doesn’t—when it comes to the formulas. I used the Rose to Fame palette because I had a pretty solid fake tan going on, and even though “rose” is in the name, it’s actually the least rosy of the bunch—more bronzy gold neutral with a few soft pink-leaning tones. I’m a messy applier, so you’ll see my real-life blending, my “makeup wipe fixes everything” moment, and how I soften edges because I don’t like harsh lines. The biggest struggle honestly is choosing a shimmer, because the soft sparkle and metallic options are just that good. My takeaway: these are fantastic at full price, and even better on sale. If you want the best value and convenience, the 12-pan with the mirror is a great starter; if you love foils and don’t care about a mirror, the lightweight 9-pans are beautiful.
