Today I’m doing a GRWM + shop my stash using budget-friendly makeup that actually performs—because being on a budget doesn’t mean you can’t love makeup. I’m starting with my base already on (foundation, concealer, and mascara), and I’ve got my eyes primed with the Morphe Solo Artist cream product because it just works out great. Then I go in with the SEPHORA COLLECTION Colorful Face Palette (01 Light to Medium) for blush, my “contour bronzer” (yes, I call them all that because I use one product for both), and highlighter. The baked formulas are a little powdery, but that doesn’t bother me—I just tap my brush, and I love that the blush is buildable so I don’t go too ham. For eyes, I’m using the Morphe Rose Frequency 12-pan palette and sticking to my comfort zone: neutral tans and browns with a soft shimmer on the lid. My only mini complaint is the palette doesn’t open all the way, but the mirror is huge and the color story is right up my alley. I also share one of my favorite little tricks—using a face highlighter on the brow bone—because it gives that perfect off-white shimmer that many palettes don’t. To finish, I tightline with Essence, add a waterproof liner from Physicians Formula, and top it off with Revlon Sky Line Pink plus Maybelline Lifter Gloss (and yes, I still wait for a sale—always).
