About This Video

In this video I pull everything out of my SUV pantry and do a real-life reset on my camp kitchen after 3 years of living on the road. I’m visiting friends, so I used their kitchen counter as my “spread it all out” zone and walked you through what I actually carry, what’s gotten messy, and what I’m ready to let go of. My whole system is minimalist on purpose: I use two Front Runner Wolfpack boxes, and my rule is simple—if it doesn’t fit in those boxes, I don’t need it. I show you the staples that make my road meals feel beautiful, healthy, and satisfying even when I’m working with something basic like rice or oats. I’m always rolling with flavor boosters (nutritional yeast, liquid aminos, hot sauce), a few core fats (I’m trying to narrow it down to ghee and coconut oil), and “comfort” items like bouillon for quick warm broth after an adventure. I also share the non-food stuff that was stealing pantry space (laundry and leather care), plus little details that make SUV cooking easier—like keeping stove fuel upright and using an apron so I don’t trash my jacket while cooking in the back seat. By the end, everything is packed back up clean and organized—and you’ll see how I keep most of my actual food in a separate cooler used as storage.
