I had the fortune of experiencing the IVAC facility firsthand, and I’m sharing a glimpse into Dr. Krishna’s vision—what inspires him, what kind of future he is building for Ayurveda in our country, and why this work feels so needed right now. As someone who lives and teaches a more sattvik way of being, I loved seeing how thoughtfully this space has been created to serve healing in a world-class way.
