About This Video

Okay, so there are some seriously cool things you can do with your iPhone in 2026 that you either didn’t know about or you completely forgot—so in this video I’m putting you on. I start with one of my favorites for night time: making your screen even dimmer than the lowest brightness by turning on Reduce White Point in Accessibility. Then I pair that with Back Tap (super underutilized) so I can triple-tap the back of my phone and instantly dim the screen. From there I get into faster sharing tricks like wired AirDrop with a USB‑C cable for big files (especially videos), plus a little wired hotspot move if one phone has better reception than the other. I also hit a bunch of quality-of-life stuff that makes your iPhone feel way smoother: sharing contacts by tapping two phones together, sending photos without all the metadata/edit history, typing faster with Text Replacement, and using the space bar to precisely move the cursor. I show quick Siri commands (like just saying “5 am” for an alarm), charging AirPods/other phones from your iPhone, screen recording with the mic on, locking or hiding apps with Face ID, and scheduling texts so you don’t send something at 2 a.m. I even show visual search that can connect to ChatGPT, swiping between apps, making your own emojis, and using Apple Watch Camera Remote for content creation—plus a funny Shortcuts automation bonus when you plug your phone in.
