hi everyone. I wanted to let you guys in on some of my personal life. I suffer from severe panic attacks, anxiety, ptsd, and more. I use music as a tool to help me get through it. It is one of the scariest experiences and the insomnia is a nightmare. I had a severe panic attack and was up. I decided to make a beat during my time up. This beat came to mind.
