What’s up everybody—today I’m checking out a refillable butane torch (Sondiko style) that’s perfect for cooking, crafting, and all kinds of DIY projects. In the video I’ve got two torches (different colors, same design) and I walk you through the basics: how they work, how the flame adjustment feels, and how easy it is to fire up. I also show the little tip/tool that usually comes with these, and how you can use it to release any old butane from the bottom before you refill. Then I get into the refill process step-by-step. You fill it from underneath using a small butane canister, and you can actually see the fuel level because the bottom is transparent—so you’ll notice the gauge/bubble move as it fills. Once it’s going, I demo a bunch of real uses: putting grill lines on a hot dog, melting cheese (don’t hold it super close), toasting bread, and quick heat-ups for small jobs. I also talk safety in plain terms: it’s basically no different than a lighter in terms of “power,” it’s just a lot easier to aim and control—and yes, it’ll melt plastic no problem, so use it smart.
