In this video I’m unboxing and testing a dinosaur monster truck that unfolds into a full racing speedway, and I’m running it with the cars it comes with plus our own Hot Wheels. First thing I noticed is it’s actually a smart carry-and-store setup: it has a handle so you can take it anywhere, and it’s got storage for up to 12 cars (they included 6, but a bunch of other little cars fit too). We even had a “the dinosaur ate the car” moment when the green one got stuck inside, and I had to figure out the lock/unfold to get it out. Once it’s stretched out, the track is long and surprisingly smooth, and the launcher is simple once you find it—press the arrow and it sends cars flying. I tested different cars and you can see it in real time: heavier Hot Wheels cars tend to go further than the lighter ones. We also started making our own ramps and jumps, and honestly it turned into 40+ minutes of creative play because you can keep changing the setup instead of just chasing cars all over the house. My takeaway: this is a really fun, very functional add-on if your kids already have Hot Wheels, and it’s one of those toys that’s easy to pack up, bring to the park, and actually play with again and again.
