When I saw the large, Sega Genesis inspired slipcase on this game, I knew I had to buy the physical version. Not only do you get Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic 2, Sonic 3, and Sonic CD, but this PLUS version comes with a free download code for a bunch of Sega Gamegear games and some cool extras for the main collection. There is a ton of content here, and I have really only just begun to dive into it. But this collection is definitely scratching a nostalgic gaming itch I've had for awhile! This video is just an unboxing, but there's a nice little cameo from my Dachshund, who is more interested in her dinner than any hedgehog - even Sonic!
