I find myself sliding it open and closed a lot during the day. The bifold attachment is made from calf leather and aluminum, and I like how useful it is, and the magnetic closure is pretty strong so long as you don't over pack the bifold with bills. I find that five folded bills is the sweet spot for me. The Mech Wallet holds around 5 or 6 cards, and so far it has done a great job of keeping them in place. Overall, PunCube's Mech Wallet is a fun, useful piece of every day carry gear, and it will probably be my main wallet throughout 2026 - though I think I'll continue to make duct tape wallets for the fun of it!
