It was the very beginning of the year when a friend alerted me to a big sale going on at Limited Run Games. Apparently, they sell Blind Boxes every now and then, which are basically a big mystery grab bag. You chose the video game console you want to play your game on, and whether you want a standard game or a collector's edition. Then Limited Run sends you something mysterious and random for your unboxing pleasure! It might be something out of print or rare, it could be something relatively common. Depending on what you end up with, you might even find yourself with a collectable game that could be worth more than you paid for it! I chose to buy two Nintendo Switch Blind Box games - one standard version and one collector's edition. So what games did I wind up with? Well, without diving into spoiler territory, let's just say I spend about a full minute geeking out over one of my Blind Boxes!
