Incarcerated Youth The cradle to prison pipeline is pernicious and tenacious. The pronounced disparities that ensnare black and brown youth persist. This documentary highlights gaps and perspectives on the reentry system in Washington State. In it we hear from youth, parents, and community and system stakeholders who offer solutions in the form of community reinvestment. The film features community organizations that employ mentors, or "credible messengers," with lived experience to work with youth in their communities. 12/09/2024
