93 views· 38:23· Feb 5, 2024

Designed for lifelong learners seeking to rigorously engage big ethical questions during an immersive, on-campus educational experience, this Spring 2024 course will be taught by Laurie Zoloth, the Margaret E. Burton Professor of Religion and Ethics; also in the College; The Program in Jewish Studies; and the MacLean Center for Biomedical Ethics at the Pritzker School of Medicine. Over the course of a week, from May 19th - 24th, learners will become familiar with the field of bioethics. Grounded in case-studies, the course will explore how different philosophical and theological traditions describe and defend differences in moral choices in contemporary bioethics.
