How to submit your podcast to Spotify and Apple Podcasts in 2022

Once you've recorded your first episode (and uploaded it to a podcast host), you can submit it to Apple Podcasts and Spotify. On Transistor.fm, this is really easy to do: 1. Go to the "Distribution" menu 2. Click "Submit to Spotify" (this will submit automatically) 3. Apple Podcast is the one that takes a little bit longer.
