In this one I’m basically putting in the screen time—about 8 hours of the market. If you’re new, this is the part nobody can shortcut: sitting through open, mid-day, and the later sessions so you actually feel how price moves when liquidity is high, when it dries up, and when the tape changes personality. It’s not a “one magic setup” video—this is about building the internal clock for when trades tend to work and when you’re just forcing it.
The main takeaway is simple: your edge is execution + context, and context comes from reps. I want you paying attention to how momentum expands, where it stalls, how spreads and fills behave, and how your decision-making changes as the day goes on. If you can’t explain why you’re trading right now—based on the market’s behavior—you’re probably just clicking buttons. Use this kind of long session to practice patience, identify your best windows, and stop donating during the dead zones.
