Lelit MaraX3 and Steve Grinder Unboxing and Setup

In this video, I am going to unbox the Lelit MaraX3, which is an E61 brew group heat exchanger machine, with updated design. It comes with new design elements, such as the pentagonal knobs and portafilter accent, as well as some new material choices. But the star of the show is the Pagaia lever, which means 'paddle' in Italian. This paddle gives control over the machine's pump, so it should act as a dimmer switch.
