In this video, I take out the Nike Ultrafly on a mixed terrain course for an interval session of 10 x 3 mins with 1 min rest at about the equivalent of my one hour race pace - so about 6:30 min/mile pace. The route was from Alford Crossways near the Dunsfold "Top Gear" Track and I ran through the disused Wildwood Golf & Country Club.
