I’ve heard so much hype about this drugstore foundation that I finally had to try it for myself—especially because everyone kept saying it’s amazing for neutral skin tones, and that is me. In this video, I’m testing the L’Oréal True Match Super Blendable Foundation, and I picked up shade 7 after matching myself on the L’Oréal website using their descriptions. The match? Uh-huh… accurate. I’m honestly proud of myself on that one.
What really stood out immediately is how “skin” this foundation looks. I start with two pumps (and yes, I love that it comes with a pump—because I remember the old days of pouring it out and I hated that), apply with a flat top foundation brush, and you can instantly see the difference: bare skin on one side, perfected skin on the other. It’s giving exactly what foundation should give—me, but better. I end up adding another pump for full-face coverage, and I’m not even being dramatic when I say it’s rivaling some of my $50 foundations. Under $20, medium coverage, everyday-friendly, and a true neutral match—this one is officially going into my rotation.
