SoundPeats T2 Review and Reset Instructions - Budget Wireless Earbuds with Active Noise Cancelling SoundPeats T2 Earbuds: https://amzn.to/3yq91IN SoundPeats is getting to be a more familiar brand when it comes to wireless earbuds. And I've been really impressed with the SoundPeats T2. At about $79, they're priced for those on a budget but still want premium sound! And occasionally you might find these amazing earbuds discounted on Amazon. The matte black charging case has LED indicators on the front and there's a nice SoundPeats logo imprinted on the top. It's actually really minimalistic with a USB-C charging port on the back. In the box, the SoundPeats T2 comes with a charging case, USB-C cable, extra silicon tips and an instruction manual. When these are brand new, the first thing to do is peel off the plastic stickers on both earbuds. Then place them back in the case to charge up. You'll see blue LEDs light up on the inside. And when the case is closed, the left and right LEDs on the outside will let you know it's currently charging the earbuds. After an initial charge here's how to get these connected to an iPhone. Start by going to the Bluetooth settings and make sure Bluetooth is turned on. Then open the case. In a few seconds tap on SoundPeats T2 when it appears at the bottom of the list. That's how to connect when they're brand new. And while these are now connected to my iPhone, I can also manually pair the T2 to another phone. To enter manual pairing mode, press and hold the right earbud button for 6 seconds or until the LED flashes blue and white. Then on another phone like my Android, go to the Connected Devices menu. Here tap on Pair New Device. When SoundPeats T2 shows up on screen, tap it to connect. And now I've switched to my Android phone as the active media source for the earbuds. I've been listening to these quite a bit lately and I have to say they sound great! To me, the T2 have really good full range sound. The mix of mid and high frequencies with the nice bass response is excellent! On some earbuds I feel like they're missing the low frequencies but not with these. There is a good amount of bass which leads to a very satisfying listening experience. And it's not booming or distorted. For budget earbuds, I don't think you're going to be disappointed with the sound quality. I really like the monotone look of the T2 and the multi-function buttons are nicely integrated into the earbud with a subtle SoundPeats logo right in the center. The SoundPeats T2 also offers active noise cancellation and transparency mode. Every time you hold the left earbud button for 2 seconds, it will cycle through noise cancelling, transparency and back to normal mode. Obviously, noise cancelling blocks out sounds while transparency mode allows sounds in using the microphone. That way you don't have to take out the earbuds to have a conversation with people or hear things around you. The T2 will run for 10 hours on a single charge but only 8 hours with active noise cancelling turned on. With the addition of the charging case, you can get up to 30 hours of use! The SoundPeats T2 also has touch control. Tapping once on the right earbud will increase volume while the left will decrease the sound level. To answer a phone call, double tap either button. If you ever run into connection problems or if only one earbud works, a reset will usually fix that. To reset the SoundPeats T2 earbuds on an iPhone, go to the Bluetooth information settings on the phone. Then tap on Forget this Device. At the bottom of the screen I'll tap Forget Device to confirm. The Android process is similar. Now press and hold both earbud buttons for about 10 seconds until they power off. Then press and hold both buttons again for another 10 seconds. Eventually the earbuds will flash white 5 times. Then one of them will begin to blink blue and white. That means they're reset and I can start the Bluetooth connection process on my phone again. I'm really impressed with the sound quality of the SoundPeats T2 earbuds! They have a full range sound that make it a pleasure to listen to. There's really no need to spend more on expensive Bluetooth earbuds because I think the SoundPeats T2 really outshine a lot of the other brands I've used!
