And in this video, I'll show you why it's a good idea to keep one of these in your car. You need a device like this in case of emergencies especially when you're alone and in remote areas. But first, let me give you a quick overview of the E1 Jump Starter. On the right side is the outlet for the jumper cables. Then there's an LED light just above that. On the top there are 3 USB ports, 2 are for charging external devices. Next to that is the outlet for the air pump. On the front are the controls and display screen. And to keep everything organized, it also comes with a rigid carrying case. To jump start a vehicle with a dead battery, plug the jumper cables into the port on the side. It only goes in one way so it's impossible to get this wrong. And you'll know it's active when the red and green LEDs flash. The E1 can effectively jump start cars, trucks and motorcycles. And I'll list this jump starter here in the description so it's easy for you to find. Now place the E1 in a spot next to the car battery but away from belts and pulleys. Now locate the negative battery terminal. This is where I'll attach the black battery clamp. The positive terminal is always marked by something red like a plastic cap, red cable or both. Just attach the red battery clamp just like this. I'll know the jump starter is ready when there's a constant green LED on the adapter. And often times, it's good to allow a couple of minutes before attempting to start the car. At this point, with the jump started connected, the vehicle should start like normal. While the engine is running, carefully disconnect the clamps from the battery. And now would be a good time to take a 5 minute drive to let the alternator charge up the car battery. The E1 jump starter has one more important feature for roadside emergencies. And that's because it also doubles as an air pump. Just attach the included air hose up on top. Now power on the pump and let it calibrate. I can change the measurement indicator from bar to PSI and others. But for my uses I'm gonna stick with PSI. Then using the mode button, I can quickly change presets from vehicles, to motorcycles, bicycles and then inflatables. Before airing up my tires, I always check the recommended pressures for my vehicle. This can be found in the driver's side door jamb. This is handy because I can walk away and the pump will automatically stop once it reaches the preset pressure. If I need to add air to anything else, there are also adapters for inflatables like balls, air bags and bike tires. To recharge the jump starter, just use the included USB-C cable. When I had about 1 bar remaining, it took about 4 hours to reach 100%. Another feature of the E1 is that it can also be used as a power bank to charge things like phones, tablets and other USB gadgets. Here are some final notes. There's also a built in light that can be helpful at night. However, it can be set to flash. Or it can display an SOS signal. And there's also a red flashing mode as well. I think having a portable jump starter can really reduce stress during emergencies. Which is why I have one in each of my vehicles. And with a built-in air pump, the Pelsee E1 Jump Starter is a good option to have in your vehicle's emergency kit.
