The motor was running fast and slow then shutting down after a few seconds. I knew my batteries were charged so that wasn't the problem. If you're having the same issue watch this short video to get your CordZero working like normal again. The problem is really caused by a blockage. And the label on the canister actually describes the exact cause of the problem. A blockage is something I didn't expect according to the disclaimer. To clear the blockage, there are 3 sections to check. 1. First detach the floor attachment and take a look inside to see if it's clear. While I'm here I'll also check the brush roller. To take it out, use a screwdriver or coin to release the lock. Then flip the side up and take the brush out to clean it. Too much hair and lint can get this part jammed up. 2. Next check the extension tube. There was a bit of lint stuck inside.. This could cause a larger build up later. It always starts small but all the particles entering the vacuum can get stuck and start to accumulate over time. 3. Next, check the motor. This is where my problem was and in the video I show you where I found the blockage. So empty the canister first. Next, grab the nozzle attachment. Use this to detach the solid filter. Just insert it in the center and give it a counter-clockwise turn. Only with this out, was I able to see and remove a large lint ball completely blocking the main intake opening. Once I cleared the blockage, my LG CordZero started working like normal again. Originally I thought my vacuum was dying but I'm glad it was an easy fix. Before reassembling everything, just take a look at the top filter and clear it out. Cleaning the vacuum isn't something I think about all the time but regularly checking for blockages can avoid problems later.
