Tabouli is a vegetarian salad made of chopped parsley, tomatoes, mint leaves, green onion, bulgur wheat, and seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Tabouli Salad 1/2 cup Bulgur wheat, prepared according to package directions. 4- Chopped Roma tomatoes 2- Bunches of Parsley leaves washed and chopped. 15- Mint leaves, chopped. 1- Green Bell Pepper 4- Small Cucumbers, chopped. 4- Green onions, chopped.
